The Beta Is Moving Forward, One Journey at a Time
Recent updates make travel, returning to an adventure, scene images, voice previews, and sharing feedback feel more dependable.
Better at holding on to the thread
Beta is where a game learns from the moments that matter at the table: setting out for a new place, returning after a pause, and recognizing the people and things that shaped the last scene.
Recent Eldmyr updates make travel intentions and map positions clearer, while the story holds on to more of your partyβs previous actions, people, and belongings. Saved adventures are easier to return to, so a pause does not have to break the spell.
Scenes that stay with the story
Scene images now give more space to visual style, character appearance, and the action unfolding in front of you. That helps each image feel connected to the moment it depicts rather than simply accompanying it.
An optional detail mode can spend a little longer on character separation and visual consistency. Fast mode remains the default, and an online party shares the hostβs image mode so the same story event receives one common scene image.
The beta has also improved how character details carry from scene to scene, especially when a party comes back to a place it has already changed.
Try the voice, then tell us what you find
Voice previews are now free to try. You can listen before choosing a voice without using any of your game balance.
Feedback is part of this work. The notes you send from a scene help us find the places where a journey is unclear, a memory needs more care, or an image misses the feeling of the story. Every beta update is another pass at making the next session easier to step into.
